BOTBuild Customers: Users, Balances, and Customer Profiles

The Customers section in BOTBuild is used to view and manage users of your Telegram bot.

Here, you can find a customer by username or Telegram ID, view their balance, order count, total spent amount, status, joined date, and open the detailed customer profile.

This section helps project owners manage customers, quickly find a specific user, and perform account actions.

What the Customers section is used for

The Customers section is used for working with bot users.

With this section, you can:

• search for a customer by username or Telegram ID;
• view the user list;
• sort customers by different parameters;
• check a user’s balance;
• view the number of orders;
• check the total spent amount;
• view customer status;
• open a customer profile;
• add or subtract balance;
• send a message to a customer;
• block a user;
• delete a customer from the project.
