BOTBuild Import Data: Orders, Balances, and Customer IDs

The Import Data section in BOTBuild is used to transfer data from other systems into your Telegram store.

With this section, you can import orders, user balances, and Telegram customer ID lists. This is useful when migrating from another bot builder, a custom bot, an Excel spreadsheet, or an external CRM.

Import Data helps move large amounts of data without adding each row manually.

What Import Data is used for

The Import Data section is used for bulk data migration.

With this section, you can:

• upload an Excel or CSV file;
• import orders;
• import user balances;
• import Customer IDs from a .txt file;
• map file columns to BOTBuild fields;
• edit rows before importing;
• filter rows with errors;
• import only completed orders;
• create new customers during import;
• save a column mapping template.

Universal import

At the top of the section, there is a notice explaining the universal import flow.

It means that you can upload an Excel or CSV file from almost any system, map its columns to BOTBuild fields, edit rows directly in the table, and then import the data.

The source file does not have to be prepared exactly for BOTBuild in advance.
