BOTBuild Deposits: Balance Top-Ups and Payment Statuses

The Deposits section in BOTBuild is used to view customer balance top-ups.

Here, you can see all deposit attempts: completed, waiting for payment, and cancelled. Each deposit includes an ID, customer, amount, payment method, status, date, and available actions.

This section helps administrators monitor payments, check disputed cases, and understand which top-ups were completed and which ones did not reach payment confirmation.

What the Deposits section is used for

The Deposits section is used for managing balance top-ups.

With this section, you can:

• view the list of deposits;
• check the customer;
• see the deposit amount;
• view the amount in a local currency if displayed;
• check the payment method;
• track the payment status;
• view the deposit date;
• filter deposits by status;
• open deposit details;
• check receipts if they are available.
