BOTBuild Notifications: Recipients and Event Alerts

The Notifications section in BOTBuild is used to configure alerts for administrators and project members.

Here, you can add notification recipients by Telegram ID, set a label for each recipient, and choose which events they should receive: new orders, manual payments, automatic payments, balance top-ups, admin balance changes, and new customers.

This section helps administrators quickly react to important store events without constantly opening the admin panel.

What the Notifications section is used for

The Notifications section is used to manage project alerts.

With this section, you can:

• add notification recipients;
• set a recipient Telegram ID;
• add a readable label;
• enable or disable a recipient;
• choose notification events;
• receive alerts about new orders;
• receive alerts about payments;
• track balance top-ups;
• see balance changes made by an admin;
• get notified about new users.

It contains these fields:
