BOTBuild Keyboards: Reply Keyboards and Bot Menu Buttons

BOTBuild Keyboards: Reply Keyboards and Bot Menu Buttons
The Keyboards section in BOTBuild is used to configure Telegram bot reply keyboards.
A reply keyboard is a set of bottom buttons that users see in Telegram instead of the regular text input keyboard. These buttons help users quickly open important bot sections such as products, profile, purchases, support, balance top-up, and other menu items.
What the Keyboards section is used for
The Keyboards section is used to manage the bot’s bottom menu buttons.
With this section, you can:
- view available keyboards;
- check the main keyboard;
- see the number of buttons;
- understand which keyboard is used by default;
- preview the keyboard;
- configure user navigation inside the bot.
This section helps make the Telegram bot menu clear and easy to use.
What a reply keyboard is
A reply keyboard is a keyboard with buttons displayed at the bottom of the chat with the bot.
Unlike inline buttons, which are shown directly under a message, reply buttons are displayed in the message input area.
These buttons are usually used as the main bot menu.
For example, a reply keyboard may include buttons such as:
- Products;
- Profile;
- My Purchases;
- Balance Top-Up;
- Promo Code;
- Support.
The user does not need to type commands manually. They can simply tap the required button.
Where to find Keyboards
In the BOTBuild admin panel, the section is located in the menu:
