BOTBuild Share Configs: Exporting and Importing Configurations
The Share Configs section in BOTBuild is used to share configurations between projects.
With this section, you can create a share code for your configuration or import another project’s configuration using an existing code.
Share Configs is useful when you want to quickly transfer settings, share a store template, copy a bot structure, or give another BOTBuild user access to a ready-made configuration.
What Share Configs is used for
The Share Configs section is used for convenient project configuration sharing.
With this section, you can:
- create a configuration share code;
- import a configuration by code;
- choose the type of configuration to share;
- add a name;
- add a description;
- set share code expiration;
- make a configuration public or private;
- view your created shares;
- share a template with another user.

The My Shares block shows the share configurations you created.
If there are no shares yet, the page displays:
No shares yet. Create your first share to let others use your config!
