BOTBuild Orders: Purchases, Orders, and Sales Management

The Orders section in BOTBuild shows all purchases and orders created through your Telegram bot.

Here, the project owner can see who made a purchase, which product was bought, the order amount, the current order status, and the order creation date.

This section also allows you to manage individual orders. You can delete a purchase, mark it as a test order, or create a refund.

What the Orders section is used for

The Orders section is used to control all sales inside your project.

With this section, you can:

• view all purchases;
• check customers;
• see purchased products;
• track order amounts;
• check order statuses;
• view purchase dates;
• manage individual orders;
• exclude test purchases from statistics;
• create refunds.
