Connect Remnawave in 5 steps

    Sign up and bot token

    Create a shop in BOTBuild and plug in your Telegram bot via BotFather. One field, and the bot is live.

  2. 02
    Remnawave API key

    Inside your Remnawave panel create an API token with permissions for clients and inbounds. Copy the panel URL and the token.

  3. 03
    Wire it up in BOTBuild

    Paste the panel URL and API token into the Remnawave module. We validate the connection and list available inbounds.

  4. 04
    Map plans to inbounds

    Bind each plan to one or more inbounds and a traffic limit. Plan → set of nodes, no intermediate tables.

  5. 05
    Test purchase and go live

    Run a test-mode payment, verify key delivery, flip the switch. Your shop is running.

What the integration does

  • API-based client creation

    On payment the bot calls the Remnawave API — a client with a unique UUID is created and bound to the customer.

  • VLESS link issuance

    The key is built on Remnawave — you get a link with exactly the parameters set in your inbound config.

  • Extension after payment

    The subscription is extended automatically after a successful renewal payment initiated by the customer, when the customer has enough balance; otherwise a renewal reminder is sent.

  • Traffic cap

    Per-subscription traffic quota configured through Remnawave.

  • Regions and nodes

    Sell different plans on different inbounds: "Europe", "Asia", "Reality-only" — mapped at the product level.

  • Errors, transparently

    If the Remnawave API is down, the payment does not go through and the customer is not charged. Full logs in the BOTBuild panel.

Frequently asked — integration

01Which Remnawave version is supported?
We track the current stable Remnawave API. If you run an older branch — reach out and we will check compatibility.
02What do I need besides the shop?
Your own Remnawave server with configured inbounds. Domains, TLS, nodes — on your side; the bot only calls the API.
03Which protocols are supported?
Anything your Remnawave can serve: VLESS, VLESS+Reality, Trojan, Shadowsocks. We do not "regenerate" keys — they come straight from the panel.
04Can I hand out a key manually?
Yes, from the BOTBuild panel — "issue key manually" hits the same API. Handy for promo / individual subscriptions.
05What happens when a subscription expires?
The bot sends 7 / 3 / 1 day reminders. If no renewal — Remnawave deactivates the client and the key stops working.
06Can I split sales by node / region?
Yes. Each BOTBuild plan is a set of Remnawave inbounds: sell "Germany" separately from "US" with no catalog duplication.
07How are Remnawave rate-limits and errors handled?
The bot retries with backoff. On a hard failure the payment is rolled back — the customer keeps their money and you get a notification.
08Can I migrate customers from an old system?
Yes. We can help migrate customers, active subscriptions and purchase history where supported by the source platform — usually within a couple of days. Message the admin.
