No extra development charge
Development of integrations listed under “At your request” is included in the corresponding plan at no extra charge.
A request does not guarantee development
Your plan lets you request the integrations it includes, but does not guarantee that a request will be fulfilled. We first check technical feasibility, the required access and the conditions for reliable operation. A request may be declined if these conditions are not met. We confirm the decision, scope and timeline after this review.
Limitation of liability
BOTBuild does not control third-party services and does not guarantee their uninterrupted operation or unchanged APIs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BOTBuild is not liable for an unavailable integration or resulting losses caused solely by outages, restrictions or changes at an external service, where there is no breach of BOTBuild’s obligations.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or release BOTBuild from its obligations for work already agreed.
Released modules — for every plan
Once released, modules developed on request are available to all active subscribers on any plan at no extra charge.
How to submit a request
Send the administrator the service name and link, a description of your use case and the API documentation, if available.
