01What do I need besides the bot?
Your own server with a Remnawave panel and configured inbounds. The bot connects to your panel via API. Shop, payments and delivery live on our side.
02Which VPN panels are supported?
Remnawave only. Marzban, 3x-ui, headless Xray etc. are intentionally not supported — we focus on one panel so the flow stays stable.
03How is the key issued — VLESS / Reality / Trojan?
The key is generated with exactly the parameters set on your Remnawave inbound. The bot does not "make" it, it fetches it from your panel API.
04How do we accept payments?
Three methods: Cryptobot (multiple cryptocurrencies and stablecoins), Lolz Market (balance top-up; BOTBuild does not perform KYC), manual card review (customer sends a card transfer, you confirm in the panel).
05Is the subscription extended automatically?
Yes. The subscription is extended automatically after a successful renewal payment initiated by the customer, when balance is sufficient. If not, a renewal reminder is sent.
06Can I migrate customers from a custom / other bot?
Yes. We can help migrate customers, active subscriptions and history where supported by the source platform. Contact the admin — we will work out details for your case.
07What if Remnawave goes down?
The bot sees the API error and does not charge the customer — payment and provisioning are atomic. Delivery resumes as soon as Remnawave is back.
08Can I sell different plans on different nodes?
Yes. Each plan maps to its own set of Remnawave inbounds — the customer gets a key for the exact node / region you sold.
