Can I accept payments via Cryptobot and Lolz?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Three payment methods are built in: Cryptobot (aggregator supporting multiple cryptocurrencies and stablecoins — BTC, ETH, USDT on TRC-20/ERC-20/TON/Polygon/Solana/Avalanche/Arbitrum/BEP-20, USDC, TON, TRON, LTC, BNB, XMR and more, fees from 1.5%, Telegram @CryptoBot — 3%), Lolz Market (balance top-up via Lolz — private niche; BOTBuild does not perform KYC, third-party services follow their own rules) and manual card review (customer sends a card transfer, admin confirms in the panel).

Does the bot work with Remnawave for a VPN shop?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Remnawave integration is built in: once a customer pays, the bot creates the client via the Remnawave API and generates a key. The subscription is extended automatically after a successful renewal payment initiated by the customer, and referrals are available as modules.

What product types can I sell?

Accepted Answer

Three product types for the most common digital sales scenarios: Limited (warehouse of unique items — keys, accounts, gift cards, with bulk import and auto stock), Unlimited (one product sold to any number of customers — access link, coupon, file, course), and VPN · automatic (Remnawave integration — a fresh key issued on every purchase).

Do I need my own servers?

Accepted Answer

For the shop itself — no: BOTBuild hosts the admin panel and the bot. For VPN you need your own Remnawave server — the bot connects to it via API. You do not need to rent infrastructure for the shop side.

Can you migrate my bot from another constructor or custom code?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can help migrate customers, purchases and active subscriptions where supported by the source platform. Contact the admin and we will work out the details for your case.

What if Cryptobot is not available in my region?

Accepted Answer

Availability of individual payment options may depend on the user's region, account and the payment provider's rules. If Cryptobot is unavailable, Lolz Market or manual card review may be used. Need a different provider? Contact support — in most cases we can integrate one on individual terms.

Can I change my plan or add more bots?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plans can be changed at any time. An extra bot slot (+1 bot) can be attached to any active plan — the new bot gets its own catalog, customers and stats.
